Thursday 04/29/20(jkzx.com) – Many studies point to a fact that high serum vitamin D levels protect against covid 19. It does not only prevent it, but even if you actually contract the infection, your risk of severe symptoms or death is much less.

And patients with low vitamin D are triple as likely to die from covid 19 as those with sufficient vitamin D.

Some studies have shown that the risk of death in a one-million population is zero if people in the population have sufficient vitamin D. The risk for those with low vitamin D can be 20 times higher than those with high vitamin D. That is why many doctors recommend using vitamin D supplements to prevent covid 19 and reduce risk of death from this infection.
