New study: vitamin D alone prevents covid 19 death 100% | 單獨的維生素 D 可防止 covid 19 死亡 100%

Wednesday 10/06/2021 ( — Lorenz Borsche, Bernd Glauner, and Julian von Mendel in Germany reported their study last month to indicate that high serum levels of vitamin D3 can completely eliminate risk of death from covid 19.

Authors tested two sets of data on vitamin D levels obtained on the same day of patients’ admission to hospital and death and found that serum vitamin D3 levels around 50 ng/mL (125 nmol/L) can reduce mortality of covid 19 to zero.

The minimal level of serum vitamin D3 is 30 ng/ml below which the reduction in covid 19 is not significant.

In order to maintain such an effective vitamin D3 level, one would be better off taking vitamin D3 supplements in winter.   In Summer, stay outdoors with hands and the face exposed to the sun for more than 15 minutes at the hottest hours of the day.

Be aware though that many vitamin D3 supplements are full of potentially toxic fillers like silica.  Try to use vitamin D drops which contain some harmless fatty acids only.

How to correlate the ng/ml to the international units (IU) of vitamin D, which is more commonly used for supplements?  The conversion rate is, 1 IU= 0.025 microgram or 25 ng.  An adult has 5000 ml of blood. So he needs 250,000 ng or 250 micrograms or 10,000 IU of vitamin D3.

10,ooo IU of vitamins look huge.  But it only takes a person to expose his hands and face to the sunlight in the hottest hours for 15 minutes to get 10,000 IU.  Remember that this 10,000 IU of vitamin D3 is not the daily dose you need.  Consult knowledgeable professionals for the dosing guidelines.
